Do you have paradigm paralysis?

Today I recieved a newsletter of our Ecademy-member Bob Nicoll with the title “Do you have paradigm paralysis?”

I like to share the article because the text is worth to be spread!
And I agree, fucus is the key to improve clarity of your articulation. That’s where the shift starts!
When I speak people who wants a design for anything, my first question is: “what do you want to achieve on the long-term?”. It’s clear for me: without focus, communication is just “a shot in the sky”.
